The House of Commons Recruitment team are responsible for managing all House of Commons recruitment campaigns, and other resourcing methods such as agency recruitment and inwards secondments.
Recruitment Campaign Managers take responsibility for individual recruitment campaigns, advising recruiting managers on recruitment processes, advertising and job descriptions. They manage all stages of the campaign using the e-recruitment Applicant Tracking System, and work closely with our recruitment advertising supplier. Recruitment Campaign Managers also take individual responsibility for some areas of the service (e.g. agency or graduate recruitment) and project work.
